Recipe Notes

When you buy pork chop choose the one with a little bit of bone and fats,  why?  Because its more tastier and soft after fried.  And when you stir fried the onion i suggest dont cook it so well done, why?  Because the half way its cooked the crispier it is,  well it depends on you.  I like crispier onion!
