Instructions
  1. Cut onion into slices.
  2. Beat the eggs in a bowl and add salt.
  3. Cut spring onion.
  4. In a non stick pan or any frying pan ,heat the oil then add the onion and then put the eggs. Add pepper in it. Wait for it to turn into golden brown then turn it over .after both side turn brown its done!
  5. Put it in a plateand garnish it with spring onion mayonaise and tomato ketchup.. *optional only..
