Steam Chicken with Chinese Black Mushroom
Instructions
  1. Wash the Chicken well and then set it aside to dry.
  2. Soak the Chinese Black Mushroom for 5mins.
  3. Cut the Dried Mushroom and the Chinese Black Mushroom into slices.
  4. Cut the ginger into thin slices.
  5. Get a steaming Plate, and put the Chicken , add the two types mushrooms,ginger,soy sauce,sugar,and sesame oil.
  6. Mix well and leave it for atleast 15mins for marinating.
  7. While the Chicken is marinating, get a wok or a steamer ready. Steam the chicken for 15 minutes on high fire.
  8. Serve hot!
