Steam Salmon From Ruby's Kitchen
Instructions
  1. First wash the salmon thoroughly. Set it aside for 2 to 3 minutes with a kitchen tiisue underneath it to dry.
  2. Rub it with Olive oil, salt and garlic powder. Then add the lemon juice for marinating. Keep it aside for about 15 minutes. *you can set it to marinate for longer duration as well
  3. In a steaming plate put the two slices of lemon, then put the marinated the fish on top of it.
  4. In a steamer or wok bring water to boil. Then after it boils put the steaming plate with the fish to steam for 15 minutes with high fire.
  5. After steaming the salmon take out and garnish it with few coriander leaves or spring onion.
  6. Serve while its hot and eat with any Pasta of your choice.
