Instructions
  1. Wash the tilapia fish thoroughly and set it aside.
  2. Cut ginger and spring onion into thin slices.
  3. Sprinkle salt on the fish on both side. Spread ginger slices on the fish and stuff some inside the cavity. Leave it for about 10 minutes.
  4. Steam it for 15 minutes in a steamer or a wok on high fire.
  5. Turn off the fire and leave it inside for 5 more minutes.
  6. In a frying fan, heat the oil and sauté the spring onion for just 10 seconds.
  7. Take the steamed fish out of the steamer/ wok.
  8. Top it up with the soy sauce and spring onion as garnishing.

You must serve it hot with rice.
