This sounds like the title of a book, but it really is true. I am convinced that walking in nature is the greatest way to de-stress and to feel better about ourselves. In this article I discuss my experiences as an urbanist and how my passion for nature was created.

The word “urbanist” was coined by the American philosopher Henry David Thoreau in his book Walden. He described “the city” and “the wild” in ways that became widely influential in American culture. I am referring to the idea that we should “walk in nature” and feel good about ourselves.

One of the reasons I’ve been able to get so much done in my life is because I have a great sense of self-awareness and I know what’s going on inside me. I do not have to constantly remind myself of the fact that I am a man who makes his living in a world dominated by women and children.

If you have ever been to a nature walk, you’ll notice that it is difficult to get around. Especially if you are on foot. You don’t want to get run over by a car because you are probably wearing out an old pair of shoes by the end of the walk. I don’t know about you, but I have gotten so far from home before I need to stop, stop, stop to rest for a few minutes.

You probably don’t need to stop before you reach the end of a trail, but in the city I once lived in, I walked at least once a day, sometimes several times a day, for a month straight. Every time I made it to the end of a trail, I often felt as if my body was being used to carry my groceries to the car.

Although walking in nature can be hard, it’s more than worth it. It provides a different perspective to your view of the world, and can also help you see how your surroundings are shaped by your mind. In a way, it’s like a kind of cognitive meditation. The thought process that comes up while walking helps you see and understand why your surroundings are the way they are.

The idea of walking in nature, as I mentioned, can be a bit strange, since it can seem as though you are not really moving at all, but in fact you are still in the same place. It reminds me of a bit of therapy, where I would go out into a field and ask people to walk with me for a while. While some did, others would walk with me, but not in the same way that they were walking with me.

Walking is when we physically move out of our own bodies and into the space of another person. It’s the act of moving within another person. It is not an exercise in physical fitness. Walking in nature is when we walk within each other’s bodies.
